haa.. kali nie, ana nk smbang2 plak sal makanan...
mknan kn penting utk kite sume... hehe...
ok.. then....
nk tnye, mne stu btol?

ana pn kerap pk2...
nape org nk diet...
especially, pempuan??
mmgla sbb x nk gemuk..
tp..
kalo ekut care diet sihat 2, x pela...
nie smpai x mkn nasik....
skip2 breakfast, lunch or even dinner,
smate2 ats alasan nk DIET...
mcm x patut je..
coz there are a lot of bad effects on our own health...

tp, kalo budak2 kolej 2,
mmgla ade alsannye tsendri,
nape dorg/kitorg skip2 mkn...
ha... bkn sbb nk diet...

1st- pokai
2nd- elaun lmbat msuk
3rd- byk duet gne utk byar buku
4th- kkekangan mase coz klas start awl n bgun lmbt
5th- mls nk jln pi food court, cafe or canteen
6th- suke gbung2 ( brunch= breakfast+lunch) =)
7th- x de geng nk gi sme2 (esp. girls)
8th- x rse lapo.. ( yelaa 2...) hehe
9th- etc
